WAGNER HEA ProTip – High Efficiency Airless tip for clean, economical spraying
The WAGNER HEA ProTip nozzles are an evolution of classic Airless technology: HEA (High Efficiency Airless) enables significantly lower operating pressures (recommended 80–140 bar) while maintaining high atomization quality. Benefits include up to 55% less overspray compared with conventional Airless tips, reduced material waste and lower masking effort. The soft, gradually expanding spray fan improves coverage in overlaps and prevents hard edges — making the tips easy to use and delivering very good surface results even with less experienced operators. The product family includes many variants (e.g. 211, 213, 311, 313, 411, 413, 415, 417, 515, 517, 519, 521, 615, 617, 619, 621) to cover a wide range of applications. Lower operating pressures also reduce wear on both the tip and the Airless unit, extending service life.
